Yeung Chow Fried Rice

Yangchow Fried Rice is a popular Cantonese style wok fried rice dish. Its our rice to be in every Chinese restaurant we dine-in.

The ingredients vary, but there are staple items like:

hot/ cold cooked rice
barbecued pork or ham
cooked shrimp
scallions, chopped, including green ends
eggs slightly stirred

I love cooking fried rice most especially when there's a left over and the veggies is usually found inside the fridge.
