Food Trip Friday---Stir-Fried Veggies



This is a regular on our dinner table. Especially every Friday Night. Any vegetables will do as long as I have Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic. Mushrooms is always a must. I love it in any dish. I found out that mushrooms is considered to be one of the healthiest and balanced in terms of its nutrient content.

I don't know that about the mushroom, but since I learned how to eat it, I always have a can of it in my pantry, it's always my first choice na panghalo for anything.and yeah, EVOO and Garlic is also a match made in heaven. :)

true, mushroom is healthy, and it tastes good pa! i just saute mushrooms in olive oil & garlic, then oyster sauce--ayos na!
